Training Officer (Re-Advertisement)

RDRS Bangladesh is inviting applications for the position of Training Officer (Re-Advertisement) based in Sirajganj. The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing training and capacity-building programs, focusing on disability-inclusive child protection, PSEA, GBV, and life-skills development under a donor-funded project. 

• Develop and implement integrated annual and quarterly project training calendars.
• Line-manage, guide, and supervise Assistant Training Officers to ensure high-quality field-level learning delivery.
• Lead the development, adaptation, and printing of high-quality training modules, toolkits, and SBCC materials.
• Facilitate high-level workshops, including forming the Master Trainers Pool with government social workers, peer leaders, and OPD members.
• Strengthen capacity for Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs), Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and Community-Based Child Protection Committees (CBCPCs).
• Collaborate with monitoring teams, conduct pre/post-tests, and prepare comprehensive completion reports feeding into donor reporting for UNICEF.

• Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, or Social Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in designing, managing, and delivering training in donor-funded projects.
• Experience in Disability-Inclusive Development, Child Protection, GBV/PSEA, or Rights-Based programming is highly required.
• Maximum age limit is 45 years (relaxable for highly deserving candidates).
• Strong facilitation, curriculum development, presentation, and reporting skills in both Bangla and English.

• Total monthly salary of Tk. 55,825.
