CBR Facilitator

Ashraf Foundation (AF) is hiring a Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Facilitator for its program "The Meaningful Participation and Inclusion of Children and Youth with Disabilities in All Domains of CBR" at Chaugachha, Jashore. The role focuses on implementing, monitoring, and supporting inclusive CBR activities across education, health, livelihoods, and social participation

• Sensitize communities to change perceptions towards disability, conduct accessibility assessments, and promote school inclusion.
• Facilitate early disability identification, conduct home visits, provide social support, and complete Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs) using ICF logbooks.
• Arrange skills training, support medical camps, and assist in forming Community Resource Centers, Youth Panels, and Student Forums.
• Coordinate referrals for health services, ENT, and Mental Health issues while conducting field monitoring and maintaining child record datasheets.
• Collaborate with local authorities, NGOs, and community stakeholders for sustainable interventions.

• Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Development Studies (MDS), or Diploma in Medical Technology (Physiotherapy) / related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in community-based programs, preferably in CBR or disability inclusion in the NGO sector.
• Age limit: Maximum 45 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).
• Basic understanding of CBR principles, disability rights, MS Office, data collection, and English reporting skills.
• Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license, along with a computer and smartphone.
• Women and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) will get special consideration.

• Monthly salary of Tk. 29,791.
• Mobile bill allowance, weekly 2 holidays, and health/life insurance.
• Yearly salary review as per organizational policy.
