Account responsibility
Provide accurate information, secure login credentials and remain responsible for account activity.
Platform role
ChakriBondhu provides job, CV, ATS, networking and community technology; it does not guarantee hiring outcomes.
Acceptable use
Use the platform lawfully and professionally.
- No false, abusive, discriminatory or illegal content.
- No spam, unauthorized data collection, malware or service disruption.
- No unlawful deposits, passwords, OTP codes or sensitive credential requests.
Content and moderation
Users retain ownership of submitted content while allowing ChakriBondhu to host and display it for service operation. Policy violations may lead to removal or suspension.
Payments and outcomes
Paid tools follow package and refund terms. Interviews, hiring, candidate response and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed.
Independent verification
Users must verify employers, candidates, offers, payments and contracts independently.
