Bandhu Social Welfare Society is inviting applications for the position of Mental Health Counselor in Chattogram. The role involves providing counseling support to the Diverse SOGIESC Population and Female Sex Workers (FSW) through government hospitals and CBO offices.
✅ Responsibilities
- Provide mental health counseling to the target population at designated hospital corners or CBO offices.
- Coordinate regularly with project teams, CBOs, self-help groups, and network platforms.
- Assist in designing, planning, and executing mental health campaigns and awareness materials (booklets, leaflets, posters).
- Maintain records, collect data, and generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with case studies.
- Conduct need-based solidarity visits to affected community members and prepare fact-finding reports.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Master of Social Science (MSS) in Psychology.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the NGO sector.
- Age: 30 to 35 years.
🎁 Benefits
- Remuneration: 2,000 BDT per day.
- Flexible working hours (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 4 days a week).
