Training Officer (Nutrition)

National Development Programme (NDP), acting as a Cooperating Partner of the World Food Programme (WFP), is hiring a Training Officer (Nutrition) to support the Department of Women Affairs (DWA) and MoWCA in implementing the Mother and Child Benefit Programme (MCBP) in Godagari, Rajshahi.

• Develop training need assessment tools, training modules, and annual/quarterly training plans on child and maternal nutrition.
• Conduct and organize training programs, ToTs, seminars, and orientations for project staff and government officials.
• Assist in preparing the annual training budget and handle financial records, bills, and voucher adjustments in time.
• Regularly follow up on field-level nutrition training sessions and ensure proper measurement of nutrition performance indicators.
• Collect training data, capture field success stories, and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports.
• Organize special events for International Nutrition Week, anti-child marriage campaigns, and establish informational billboards.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutrition or Bachelor's/Master's in Nutrition Science or related discipline.
• Experience: At least 3 years in NGO nutrition projects, maternal & child health training, and working with government officials.
• Age: Maximum 40 years.
• Key competencies: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, strong English speaking/report writing skills, and capacity building expertise.

• Fixed monthly salary: Tk. 40,517.
• Additional benefits according to project budget allocation.
