✅ Responsibilities
- Oversee microfinance operations across 15 branches within the Dhaka Zone.
- Manage and monitor a loan portfolio amounting to BDT 45 Crore.
- Lead field-level microcredit teams and drive poverty alleviation programs.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Master's degree in any discipline.
- Age limit: Maximum 40 years.
- 5 years of experience managing 15 branches in microfinance, with proven experience handling a loan portfolio of BDT 45 Crore.
- Must know how to ride a motorcycle/bicycle and have computer operation skills (preferred).
🎁 Benefits
- Monthly probation salary: BDT 57,238/-.
- Gross salary after permanent status: BDT 71,637/- (includes Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Festival Bonus).
