Ashrai is recruiting an Enterprise Manager / Area Manager for its Dhaka Zone to supervise area-level microcredit and enterprise initiatives.
✅ Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor microfinance operations across 4 branches.
- Supervise branch managers and field officers to achieve development goals.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor loan disbursement and recovery.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Master's degree in any subject.
- Age limit: Maximum 35 to 38 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing 4 branches in microfinance programs.
- Mandatory motorcycle/light bicycle riding skills; computer knowledge preferred.
🎁 Benefits
- Probationary salary: BDT 43,384/- per month.
- Post-permanency salary: BDT 54,399/- (inclusive of PF, Gratuity, and Festival Bonus).
- Motorcycle, mobile allowances, and annual increment benefits.
