IT & MIS Manager

Manab Mukti Sangstha (MMS), an MRA-certified NGO (License No. 21112-00001-00762) and PKSF partner organization operating microfinance (IGP) and development programs, is recruiting an IT & MIS Manager for its Sirajganj office. 

• Operate and regularly update central MIS database/software with field project data.
• Configure and maintain software, mobile apps, and data collection tools.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly project progress statistical reports.
• Provide hardware, network, LAN, Wi-Fi, printer, and CCTV troubleshooting support.
• Ensure regular data backup and confidential information security.
• Conduct orientation and technical training for field staff on MIS software and digital devices.
• Maintain and monitor official website, Facebook page, and email servers.
• Validate technical specifications and quality for IT procurement.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IT-related field.
• Age limit: Maximum 40 years.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in database management and IT support within the NGO sector.
• Preference for skills in MicroFin 360, Website Development, AI usage, and repair/maintenance of laptops, printers, and hardware components.

• Probationary Salary: BDT 54,000/- per month.
• Permanent Salary: BDT 59,400/- per month.
• Mobile allowance of BDT 800 per month.
• Lunch allowance of BDT 2,500 per month.
• Actual motorcycle fuel expense (where applicable).
• Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, and 3 Festival Bonuses per year.
