Ashrai NGO is looking for field-level Assistant Investment Officers across Rajshahi, Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal, Mymensingh, Chattogram, and Dhaka divisions.
✅ Responsibilities
- Work directly at the field level within the organization's operational areas.
- Organize microcredit groups, evaluate loan applicants, and manage investment collections.
- Maintain daily field accounts and build strong community rapport.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রি).
- Age limit: Maximum 34 years.
- Experience in relevant field work will be given preference; freshers can also apply.
- Must be capable of riding a motorcycle/bicycle (mandatory). Computer literacy preferred.
🎁 Benefits
- Probationary Salary: BDT 21,681/- (For Dhaka Division: BDT 25,602/-).
- Permanent Salary: BDT 27,417/- (For Dhaka Division: BDT 31,773/-).
