Astha Infrastructure & Development Limited is seeking a target-oriented male Senior Executive to handle sales and marketing operations for their real estate projects (land/apartment) in Dhaka.
✅ Responsibilities
- Conduct sales and marketing activities for real estate projects, including land and apartment properties.
- Identify potential clients and maintain regular communication and follow-ups.
- Organize and lead client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and generate detailed sales reports.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Real Estate, Developer companies, or Real Estate Startups.
- Gender & Age: Male only, aged 25 to 35 years.
- Core competencies: Strong client-handling, convincing, and negotiation skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office) and willingness to conduct field visits.
