FLY-GO PARCEL & COURIER LTD. is hiring 35 Agent Relationship Officers (ARO) to expand local agent networks, onboard new pickup/delivery hubs, and manage merchant relationships across Bangladesh.
✅ Responsibilities
- Acquire new agents and set up courier delivery hubs at Upazila and District levels.
- Achieve designated sales and merchant acquisition targets.
- Maintain ongoing relationship support with active agents and local hubs.
- Submit daily field reports and feedback to Divisional Sales Managers.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Minimum Graduation / Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Prior experience in courier agent acquisition or field sales is preferred.
- Key competencies: Field mobility, communication skills, target focus, and relationship management.
🎁 Benefits
- Basic Salary: Tk. 15,000 per month.
- Daily Allowance (DA/Expenditure): Tk. 120 per day.
- Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy.
