✅ Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall sales and marketing activities across the country.
- Expand agent and hub networks to build company reach.
- Supervise, guide, and monitor Divisional Sales Managers and ARO teams.
- Ensure achievement of target sales goals and prepare regular performance reports.
- Expand company business, corporate partnerships, and logistics presence nationwide.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Minimum Bachelor's / Honors Degree.
- Experience: Preferred experience in Sales & Marketing, Courier, Logistics, or related sectors.
- Key competencies: Strategic leadership, target orientation, market expansion, and team management.
