Z&R Perfect IT Solution, an Authorized CLS Agent of Pubali Bank PLC, is hiring results-driven Area Managers for Rangpur and Rajshahi City Corporation areas to lead field teams, drive Bangla QR merchant account activations, and meet targets.
✅ Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and supervise the field operations team in assigned territories.
- Ensure collection, onboarding, and activation of Bangla QR Merchant Accounts.
- Monitor daily field team performance and provide continuous operational guidance.
- Achieve assigned monthly acquisition and activation targets.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly field performance reports to management.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Experience: Preference for candidates with prior experience in field sales, team leadership, or merchant onboarding.
- Key competencies: Strong leadership, team management abilities, target achievement mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
🎁 Benefits
- Total fixed monthly salary: ৳30,000 (Basic ৳25,000 + TA/DA ৳4,000 + Mobile Bill ৳1,000).
- Performance-based incentive: Up to ৳10,000.
- Total potential monthly earning: Up to ৳40,000.
