Sales Promoter

Nice Gold Trading Company Ltd. is hiring 8 active and result-oriented Sales Promoters across major divisional regions including Rajshahi to promote motorcycle spare parts, automobile parts, and agricultural machinery. 

• Visit markets, shops, and dealers daily to promote company products and explain benefits.
• Identify new shops, dealers, and prospective clients to expand market share.
• Collect customer orders and systematically follow up on delivery and sales pipeline.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with shop owners, dealers, mechanics, and end-users.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance targets.
• Communicate product features, price points, promotional offers, and discounts clearly.
• Monitor competitor products and pricing strategies in assigned markets.
• Work field hours strictly from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Educational qualification: HSC pass or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in field sales, product promotion, or marketing.
• Sector Preference: Experience in motorcycle spare parts, accessories, automobile parts, engine parts, or agricultural machinery.
• Age: 22 to 32 years.
• Skills: Strong persuasion ability, basic proficiency in mobile apps, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.
• Additional Asset: Valid motorcycle driving license and ability to ride a motorcycle.

• Monthly Salary: BDT 20,000 - BDT 25,000.
• Standard full-time corporate employment with career progression in sales.
