Vikrampur Steel Ltd. (VSL), a leading manufacturer of MS angles, channels, I-beams, and rods, is hiring an Assistant Manager - Sales to supervise field sales operations and drive distribution growth in regional territories including Barishal, Faridpur, Khulna, Rajshahi, and Rangpur.
✅ Responsibilities
- Supervise daily sales activities and drive volume targets for MS rods, angles, channels, and I-beams.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies at the field level.
- Coordinate field sales representatives and assist in target allocation and tracking.
- Visit dealers, retailers, and construction sites regularly to maintain strong business ties.
- Prepare periodic sales analysis reports for senior management.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's / Honors degree in any discipline (Educational requirement relaxed for candidates with extensive experience).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of working experience in selling MS rods, angles, and channels.
- Willingness to be deployed in any district level across Bangladesh.
- Must provide two professional references in the application.
