✅ Responsibilities
- Conduct property site visits and deliver detailed presentations to potential clients.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with buyers and channel partners.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and assist them through the booking process.
- Coordinate with internal CRM, legal, accounts, and project teams to ensure smooth handover.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's/Honors degree in any discipline (preferable in Marketing).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- Age: At least 30 years.
- Core skills: Strong communication, negotiation, client relationship management, and real estate marketing capabilities.
