Noor Ahammad Chemical Co. is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for its well-known mosquito coil brand "Meena Jambu" (মীনা জামু) to expand distribution and marketing operations across Rajshahi Division.
✅ Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations and product marketing of "Meena Jambu" mosquito coils across Rajshahi Division.
- Set up new dealer networks and manage distribution channels.
- Achieve sales targets and manage regional sales teams.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Honours degree (অনার্স বা সমমান).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical experience required.
- Prior experience working with mosquito coil products will be given preference.
- Mindset to work on dealer setup.
🎁 Benefits
- Basic Salary: BDT 30,000/- per month.
- Daily Allowance (DA): BDT 250/-.
- Travel Allowance (TA): Actual expense reimbursement.
- Incentive: BDT 300/- per lakh.
- Target achievement incentives.
