Sales Officer

Akij Venture Group is hiring skilled and hardworking Sales Officers through Walk-in Interviews for its sales departments across various sister concerns. The position focuses on executing field sales, order collection, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships.

• Execute field sales operations strictly following daily route plans.
• Visit retail shops, collect orders, and maintain good business relations with shopkeepers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Prepare and submit regular monthly sales reports.

• Educational qualification: Minimum HSC pass (Honors/Degree graduates will get preference).
• Age limit: 18 to 35 years old.
• Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (5'4").
• Candidates must bring updated CV, latest 2 educational certificates/marksheets copy, National ID card (NID) copy, 2 passport-size recent color photos, and other necessary credentials.

• Basic Salary: Tk. 12,000 per month.
• Daily Allowance / Travel Allowance (TA/DA): Tk. 6,000 – Tk. 9,000.
• Sales Commission: Tk. 2,000 – Tk. 8,000.
• Sales Incentive: Tk. 2,000 – Tk. 8,000.
• Mobile bill allowance, Festival Bonuses, and other standard organizational benefits.
