M/S Faisal Traders is hiring Field Workers (1 for each Union) in Bagmara Upazila, Rajshahi. The role focuses on promoting and selling agricultural products, engaging with local farmers, and boosting product reach within assigned unions.
✅ Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with local farmers in assigned unions.
- Promote and increase the sales of agricultural products (such as Miracle Growth micro-nutrient mix).
- Conduct field-level marketing and awareness initiatives among the farming community.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Diploma in Agriculture.
- Alternatively, HSC pass with experience in marketing/sales will also be considered.
- Prior experience or interest in agriculture and field sales is preferred.
- Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
