Home Mega Design & Development Limited is seeking an energetic and experienced Sales & Marketing Officer for its Rajshahi location. The candidate will be responsible for connecting sellers and buyers, promoting real estate listings, and handling sales of land, flats, apartments, lifts, and generators.
✅ Responsibilities
- Build and expand relationships with prospective clients to market and sell land, flats, apartments, lifts, and generators.
- Market property listings and provide guidance to both buyers and sellers.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings while managing corporate client relationships.
- Maintain consistent achievement of sales targets and contribute to strategic sales planning.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- BBA or MBA in Marketing.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate, developer firms, or B2B sales.
- Age limit: 25 to 40 years old.
- Smart appearance, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of the housing industry and estimating abilities.
