HAMKO Group is seeking energetic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Officer (Marketing & Sales - Tire). The selected candidates will be responsible for market expansion, maintaining client/dealer relationships, achieving sales targets, and credit collection in specified regional areas.
✅ Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients/dealers and acquire new clients to expand tire sales territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and handle credit monitoring and payment collections.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor trends, and report actionable insights to management.
- Address and resolve dealer and corporate client complaints promptly with internal operational departments.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to boost brand presence and sales growth.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in tire, FMCG, battery, polymer, or manufacturing sales (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
- Age: 25 to 32 years.
- Gender: Only Male.
- Strong communication, market research, and strategic planning skills with willingness to travel extensively.
