Zonal Head

Vikrampur Steel Ltd. (VSL), a leading manufacturer of MS angles, channels, I-beams, and rods in Bangladesh, is hiring an experienced Zonal Head to lead regional sales operations and market expansion across Barishal, Faridpur, Khulna, Rajshahi, and Rangpur.

• Lead zonal sales operations and achieve overall revenue targets for steel products (rods, angles, channels, I-beams).
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the assigned zone.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of regional sales personnel.
• Expand and strengthen dealer and distributor networks across assigned districts.
• Build high-level relationships with key stakeholders and major corporate clients.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor's / Honors degree in any discipline (Educational requirement relaxed for candidates with extensive experience).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of working experience in the steel sector with focus on selling rods, angles, and channels.
• Flexibility to work in any district level across Bangladesh.
• Must include contact details for two professional references in the application.
