SUNWAY DEVELOPERS BD is hiring a motivated Sales Agent in Rajshahi to drive real estate property sales, manage client relationships, and hit sales targets with attractive commission incentives.
✅ Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell real estate properties to prospective clients in Rajshahi.
- Identify potential buyers and build a active database of prospective real estate clients.
- Conduct property site visits and client negotiation meetings.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets to earn fixed salary and performance commissions.
- Maintain long-term positive client relationships and post-sales communication.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or minimum HSC pass with relevant experience.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in real estate sales or marketing.
- Key competencies: Strong persuasive communication skills, sales negotiation abilities, target-oriented mindset, and client relation skills.
🎁 Benefits
- Monthly salary: Tk. 30,000 (subject to target achievement).
