FLY-GO PARCEL & COURIER LTD. is recruiting 5 Divisional Sales Managers (DSM) to drive divisional sales growth, establish new hubs, and supervise regional field operations.
✅ Responsibilities
- Plan and execute divisional sales strategies to hit regional sales targets.
- Oversee expansion of new agents and delivery hubs within assigned divisions.
- Supervise and monitor Agent Relationship Officers (ARO) and regional field teams.
- Provide regular divisional progress reports to high-level management.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Minimum Bachelor's / Honors Degree.
- Experience: Preference given to candidates with sales background in courier or logistics.
- Key competencies: Team supervision, target driving, negotiation, and division-level leadership.
