Gomti Footwear is looking for 5 energetic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to manage field sales, dealer networks, and retailer operations across major divisions in Bangladesh.
✅ Responsibilities
- Develop dealer and retailer networks by visiting potential wholesalers and retail footwear outlets.
- Collect footwear orders from local markets and ensure timely delivery follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly target sales and payment collections consistently.
- Promote new footwear collections, seasonal offers, and marketing schemes.
- Gather market intelligence, track competitor prices, and report market feedback.
- Maintain healthy long-term relationships with existing clients and secure timely payments.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- HSC pass minimum; Bachelor degree holders will get preference.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in field sales within the Footwear, Leather Goods, or Tannery sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, MS Office, and WhatsApp marketing skills.
- Hardworking, target-oriented, and honest character
