Junior Officer

Indoor Arts, a premier venture in interior decoration materials, is hiring male candidates for the position of Junior Officer, Sales & Marketing. The role focuses on lead generation, client onboarding, field visits, sales target achievement, and supporting marketing campaigns across Bangladesh. 

• Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads through research and direct outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and project presentation to client onboarding and order processing.
• Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings to present interior decoration products and close deals.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, field activations, and social media content distribution.
• Perform market research on competitor pricing, gather client feedback, and prepare commercial activity reports.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) database records.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor's / Honors degree.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, Importer, or Interior Design sectors (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Gender & Age: Male only, aged 21 to 28 years.
• Essential skills: Bangla & English typing, quotation preparation, strong communication, and client negotiation skills.

• T/A, Mobile bill allowance, Performance bonus, and Provident Fund.
