Executive- Trade Sales

Salam Steel Concast Re-Rolling Mills Ltd. (SCRM) is seeking dynamic and target-driven male professionals for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive - Trade Sales. The role focuses on expanding dealer/distributor networks, achieving sales and collection targets, and strengthening market presence for Rod, Steel, and Sectional Items across assigned territories. 

• Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
• Expand customer and distribution networks by acquiring new dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate/institutional clients.
• Conduct regular field visits to dealers, construction sites, projects, contractors, and developers.
• Monitor dealer balances, credit exposure, and receivables to ensure timely payment collections in coordination with the Accounts Department.
• Coordinate product deliveries with the Logistics Department and track order fulfillment from placement to collection.
• Track market demand, competitor activities, pricing, and trends, providing regular feedback and intelligence reports to management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and market visits using Excel/Google Sheets and the internal ERP system.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or Economics.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in building/construction materials, cement, or steel industries (experience in Rod, Steel, & Sectional Items is mandatory).
• Gender & Age: Male only, aged 25 to 40 years.
• Essential criteria: Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license and practical riding experience. Strong negotiation, communication, territory sales, and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills are required.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or Economics.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in building/construction materials, cement, or steel industries (experience in Rod, Steel, & Sectional Items is mandatory).
• Gender & Age: Male only, aged 25 to 40 years.
