Manager, Quality Assurance

Bimco Animal Health Ltd., a manufacturer and importer in the poultry and animal health sector, is hiring a Manager, Quality Assurance to head its Quality Assurance department at the factory located in Puthia, Rajshahi.

• Lead and manage overall activities of the Quality Assurance System.
• Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate all departmental personnel to maximize operational efficiency while controlling costs.
• Oversee chemical and instrumental analysis, along with the validation of test methods.
• Ensure strict stability testing protocols for finished products.
• Enforce and maintain high compliance standards under GLP, GMP, SQC, and ISO guidelines.

• Educational qualification: Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Master of Science (M.Sc).
• Experience: At least 12 years of working experience in the Quality Assurance department of relevant sectors.
• Business area experience in Poultry or Animal/Plant Breeding is required.
