Job Title: Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance

Bimco Animal Health Ltd., a manufacturer and importer of poultry feed supplements and animal health products, is seeking an Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance for its factory facility located in Puthia, Rajshahi. 

• Lead and manage the overall operational and compliance activities of the Quality Assurance System.
• Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate departmental personnel to maximize operational efficiency while maintaining cost control.
• Oversee chemical/instrumental analysis and validation of test methods.
• Ensure strict supervision over stability testing of finished products.
• Implement and enforce compliance with GLP, GMP, SQC, ISO, and regulatory standards

• Educational qualification: Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Master of Science (M.Sc).
• Experience: 7 to 10 years working experience in Quality Assurance within relevant sectors.
• Industry experience in Direct Selling/Marketing, Poultry, Animal/Plant Breeding, or Importers is preferred.
