Production Officer

Bimco Animal Health Ltd., an import and manufacturing company in the poultry, dairy, and animal health sectors, is hiring a Production Officer for its manufacturing factory located in Puthia, Rajshahi. 

• Supervise overall activities of the production department (Solid & Liquid sections).
• Coordinate and supervise various sections and departments to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on quarterly and half-yearly production goals.
• Maintain and prepare necessary documentations, periodical reports, and production statements.
• Conduct training sessions for production staff as required.
• Implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards across all production activities.
• Introduce new innovative techniques and methods to boost productivity.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
• Experience: Freshers to 4 years of working experience in the production department of relevant sectors.
• Business area experience in Direct Selling/Marketing, Poultry, Animal/Plant Breeding, or Importers will be advantageous.
