Paradise Mother Limited is recruiting a Head - Technical, R&D & Quality to lead feed formulation, research, project development, and quality assurance operations across the company.
✅ Responsibilities
- Create feed formulations and lead operational development programs.
- Plan and implement R&D projects.
- Ensure highest quality standards for new products and existing production lines.
- Control quality standards for raw materials and finished feed products.
- Provide technical leadership to team members and ensure compliance with company policies.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: DVM / M.Sc. (Animal Nutrition) / M.Sc. (Animal Husbandry/Science) / Food Science / Food Technology. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in poultry/livestock feed industry R&D, formulation, and lab management.
