Officer, Product Development

Bimco Animal Health Ltd., a manufacturer and importer of poultry feed supplements and animal health products, is recruiting an Officer, Product Development for its factory located in Puthia, Rajshahi.

• Manage the overall operational activities of the Product Development System.
• Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate departmental tasks to achieve maximum efficiency at optimized costs.
• Perform chemical and instrumental analysis, and validate testing methods.
• Ensure comprehensive stability testing of finished products.
• Maintain strict adherence to GLP, GMP, SQC, and ISO guidelines.

• Educational qualification: Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Master of Science (M.Sc).
• Experience: Freshers to 4 years of experience in Quality Control / Product Development departments within the relevant sector.
• Strong technical background in chemical analysis and statistical quality control.
