✅ Responsibilities
- Lead and discharge overall management responsibilities for the Product Development System.
- Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate departmental staff to maximize operational efficiency while minimizing costs.
- Conduct chemical/instrumental analysis and perform test method validations.
- Supervise and ensure stability testing of finished products.
- Maintain strict adherence to GLP, GMP, SQC, ISO, and related compliance standards.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Master of Science (M.Sc).
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of working experience in Quality Control / Product Development within relevant industries.
- Business area experience in Direct Selling/Marketing, Poultry, Animal/Plant Breeding, or Importers is preferred.
