Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO) is looking for a Site Engineer to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of engineering and technical disciplines for WASH projects. Key responsibilities include producing technical sketches and drawings from climate-adaptive WASH perspectives, providing technical supervision and quality control for construction materials and hardware, managing field-level program budgets, and regular reporting. Candidates must hold a Diploma or BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (Master's in Environmental Engineering/Water Resources Engineering/Civil Engineering is preferred), possess a valid driving license with the ability to ride a motorbike, and be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Women are especially encouraged to apply.
