Source Of Agro is seeking an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Executive Director to lead overall business operations, ensure effective departmental coordination, and drive organizational growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing factory, showroom, farm, HR, finance, and marketing departments; translating strategic objectives into operational plans; supervising department heads; monitoring production, sales, and inventory; and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline. Retired Commissioned Officers of the Bangladesh Army are highly preferred.
