Key responsibilities include establishing and engaging Climate Change Adaptation Groups (CCAGs), facilitating monthly meetings, organizing awareness campaigns on climate change and drought mitigation, providing on-site guidance for project activities like MAR systems and pond/canal re-excavation, and preparing regular progress reports. Candidates must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Agriculture.
