Technical Officer (Engineer)

Resource Integration Centre (RIC) is seeking a Technical Officer (Engineer) for the GCF & PKSF-funded ECCCP-Drought project to be implemented in Gomastapur Upazila of Chapainawabganj and Mohonpur Upazila of Rajshahi. Key responsibilities include providing technical expertise for constructing and maintaining water infrastructure (such as pond and canal re-excavation, rooftop MAR, and pond MAR systems), preparing technical specifications and bills of materials, supervising contractors, ensuring quality control, and conducting community training. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geology, possess a valid motorcycle driving license, and have professional membership with the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) where applicable.
