Quality Manager

IHM Garments & Textiles Co. Ltd., a 100% export-oriented foreign factory in Ishwardi EPZ, is hiring a Quality Manager to lead its entire Quality Assurance (QA) function across the production floor. The role involves strategic planning, implementing quality control systems, team leadership, and ensuring products meet buyer specifications and international standards. 

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine QA systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across production lines.
• Oversee in-line, end-line, and final inspections across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing sections.
• Ensure strict adherence to buyer quality standards, AQL levels, and compliance protocols.
• Lead pre-production meetings (PPM) to align quality expectations with production, merchandising, and technical teams.
• Monitor defect trends, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Approve PP samples, size sets, TOP samples, and production pieces from a quality standpoint.
• Manage, mentor, and train QA Executives, In-Line QCs, and Final Inspectors; set KPIs and evaluate performance.
• Lead buyer audits, third-party inspections, and maintain regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance.
• Provide daily/weekly quality reports to management and communicate directly with buyers/clients on technical/quality issues.

• Educational Degree: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
• Experience: 8 to 10 years in the Garments/Textile sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Gender & Age: Only male candidates aged 30 to 40 years.
• Key Skills: Expertise in garment construction, quality control systems, international AQL standards, Root Cause Analysis/CAPA (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram), MS Office/Excel, and ERP/QA management systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with foreign buyers and delegates.
