Fashion Designer - 3D & Technical

FELLAS is a rapidly growing local fashion brand focused on modern, quality-driven clothing. The company is hiring two creative and technologically proficient Fashion Designers (3D & Technical) to develop digital garment designs for Men's items, formulate accurate technical specifications, and create advanced 3D garment visualizations to drive streamlined product development. 

• Prepare creative digital garment designs specifically for Men's items, including customized prints, patterns, and artwork.
• Develop comprehensive tech packs containing size measurements, construction details, colorways, and precise artwork placement guidelines.
• Perform systematic grading and maintain precise size breakdown specifications matching production guidelines.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to draft, update, and refine garment designs.
• Build digital 3D garment models and simulate virtual fittings and visualizations using CLO3D.
• Review physical samples, supervise fitting feedback, and digitally update the necessary design revisions.
• Ensure all formulated designs are production-feasible, cost-efficient, and aligned with brand quality standards.
• Research seasonal fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes leveraging WGSN and relevant local market insights.
• Balance contemporary market trends with the brand’s established aesthetic identity.
• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to execute designs efficiently.
• Organize and manage detailed digital archives of active styles, design revisions, comments, and approvals.

• Bachelor's degree, Honors, or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional fashion design experience.
• Prior experience working in the Boutique, Fashion, or Garments sector is required.
• Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
• Strong expertise and professional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Practical, hands-on working knowledge of CLO3D for 3D garment modeling and fitting visualization.
• Proven capability to formulate complete technical packs, measurement sheets, and size specifications.
• Sound understanding of garment grading, size breakdowns, and Bangladeshi garment manufacturing workflows.
• Clear familiarity with WGSN trend forecasting and seasonal product planning tools.
• Extensive knowledge of fabrics, trims, printing, industrial washing techniques, and physical garment construction.
• Excellent fashion aesthetics, strong color sense, and close attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and inter-departmental coordination skills.
