Executive / Sr. Executive (Internal Audit)

Raju Auto Rice Mill, a concern of Erfan Group, is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented male professional for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive (Internal Audit) at its Chapainawabganj Sadar location. The candidate will oversee internal financial checks, verify inventory and purchasing documentation, perform physical cash and stock audits, and support operational efficiency and cost-control initiatives.

• Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash books, vehicle maintenance bills, and fuel expenses.
• Verify requisitions, Material Receiving Reports (MRR), stock ledgers, gate passes, delivery challans, and material issuance records.
• Inspect and report on all types of purchases, production records, and wastage management processes.
• Monitor raw material stock levels, finished product inventories, and deliveries against invoices.
• Conduct physical verification of cash and physical stock checks as required.
• Check, audit, and verify all transactions, bills, vouchers, and accounting records maintained in Tally software (receive, payment, and journal vouchers).
• Assist the department head in developing adequate policies, procedures, and processes for cost control and operational efficiency.
• Perform market surveys/verifications periodically as required by the management.

• Educational Degree: Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting & Information Systems. CA Course Completed (CACC) candidates will be given preference.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Packaged Food/Beverage, Real Estate Developers, or Group of Companies.
• Gender & Age: Only male candidates aged 25 to 35 years.
• Key Skills: Strong analytical abilities, internal audit expertise, inventory and petty cash management, market survey capability, risk management, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
