System Engineering Limited, a leading engineering organization in Bangladesh specializing in Industrial Automation, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Substations, and Power Distribution, is seeking a high-performing, technically sound, and leadership-driven Branch Manager for its Bogura Branch. The position entails driving regional business expansion, leading branch sales operations, and maintaining client relationships across northern Bangladesh.
✅ Responsibilities
- Lead the sales of substations, transformers, distribution boards, and LV components (e.g., VFDs, sensors, circuit breakers, temperature controllers).
- Develop and achieve regional sales targets set in agreement with management.
- Conduct regular meetings with prospective clients and engineering consultants.
- Take leadership and active ownership to run the regional sales department independently.
- Drive brand establishment and sales growth within the designated territory.
- Maintain and update the regional sales database.
- Identify training needs for the sales team and ensure appropriate skill development.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the local branch team.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational Degree: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Engineering Firms or Light/Heavy Industrial Manufacturing.
- Gender & Age: Male candidates aged 30 to 40 years.
- Background: Technical background in engineering with proven sales experience in industrial products. Preference given to candidates with prior sales experience in transformers, substations, DB boards, and LV components.
- Key Skills: Sound computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, internet browsing, English & Bangla Bijoy typing) and technical knowledge (AutoCAD 2D/3D, circuit design).
