QMS Executive

Spectra Sweaters Ltd., an established Bangladeshi garment manufacturer and exporter specializing in sweaters, pullovers, cardigans, and vests, is seeking a highly experienced QMS Executive for its facility in Gazipur. The executive will be responsible for overseeing the complete quality management system, checking raw materials, and monitoring all stages of sweater production to ensure total compliance with international buyer standards. 

• Inspect raw materials, yarn, trims, and manufacturing accessories thoroughly before production begins.
• Monitor quality standards across the entire production cycle, including knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and packing stages.
• Conduct systematic inline and end-line inspections to identify product defects early.
• Ensure all manufactured items strictly comply with designated buyer quality standards and tech specs.
• Formulate detailed quality inspection reports and systematically maintain organizational QA/QC records.
• Coordinate directly with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality disputes promptly.
• Perform defect analysis and recommend structured corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide active training to operators and factory quality inspectors regarding buyer quality standards and inspection workflows.
• Supervise Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspections before confirming final shipments.
• Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), buyer manuals, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in root-cause analysis sessions to eliminate recurring manufacturing quality defects.
• Assist during customer-led audits and independent factory quality audits.
• Secure timely completion of necessary quality approvals to prevent order shipment delays.

• Minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary certificate.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in quality assurance, particularly in sweater manufacturing.
• Prior work experience within a Group of Companies or the Sweater Industry is mandatory.
• Age must be between 30 to 40 years old.

• Previous technical knowledge or direct experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) will be prioritized.
• Solid skills in AQL monitoring, Quality Assurance methodologies, and raw materials sourcing checks.
