Officer

PROTTYASHI is seeking an Officer - Safeguarding, Accountability & Employee Engagement to support, monitor, and strengthen organizational systems for Safeguarding, PSEAH, Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP), Complaint Feedback & Response Mechanisms (CFRM), and employee wellbeing. 

• Support the implementation of Safeguarding, PSEAH, and Code of Conduct policies, including conducting awareness sessions, risk assessments, and monitoring visits.
• Receive, document, refer, and track confidential safeguarding concerns and complaints through approved channels.
• Support AAP commitments by promoting community participation, information sharing, and accessible feedback mechanisms.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the CFRM, maintaining accurate databases and tracking complaint resolutions.
• Execute employee engagement initiatives, consultations, team-building efforts, and feedback surveys to foster a respectful work culture.
• Maintain records, databases, and periodic reports, assisting in monitoring, documentation, and capacity-building activities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Human Resource Management, Law, Gender Studies, Social Work, Psychology, or relevant disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in safeguarding, PSEAH, protection, AAP/CFRM, employee engagement, or HR within NGOs/INGOs or development agencies.
• Strong understanding of CFRM, survivor-centered approaches, and confidential case management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and fluency in written and spoken English and Bangla.

Monthly salary of BDT 35,000 during the six-month probation period, increasing to BDT 43,820 gross per month upon successful completion (negotiable for highly experienced candidates).
