Community Organizer (Field Officer) CO: Grade - 1

Sheva Nari O Shishu Kallyan Kendra, a national non-profit NGO (MRA Certificate No. 01101-02096-00063), is recruiting 100 Field Officers (Grade-1) to manage microfinance operations supported by PKSF and banks across Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj, and Narsingdi districts.

• Direct field-level operational management and execution of microcredit programs in urban and rural communities.
• Implement activities promoting women's socio-economic empowerment and livelihood improvement for underprivileged groups.
• Mobilize community groups, manage loan disbursements, and conduct regular collection operations.
• Prepare and submit regular field reports and documentation while maintaining effective community relations.

• Master's degree / Equivalent in any discipline.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Both experienced candidates and freshers are eligible to apply.
• Readiness to work directly in field locations across specified districts.

• Monthly salary: BDT 26,000 during 6-month probation and BDT 29,000 upon job confirmation.
• Transport allowance, mobile allowance, lunch allowance, medical allowance (BDT 500), Provident Fund, Gratuity, and accommodation facility.
• Additional accommodation allowance of BDT 2,000 for female employees.
• 2 Festival Bonuses (100% gross salary on Eid-ul-Fitr and 50% on Eid-ul-Adha).
• No security deposit (জামানত) required.
