Assistant CFM Officer

Islamic Relief Bangladesh is hiring Assistant CFM Officers for its Humanitarian Crisis Response program in Bhasan Char. The role focuses on implementing Complaint and Feedback Mechanisms (CFM) under the General Food Assistance (GFA) program

• Implement, operate, and maintain Complaint & Feedback Mechanism (CFM) channels including help desks, hotlines, feedback boxes, and digital tools.
• Receive, record, classify, refer, and resolve complaints/feedback from rightsholders/FDMNs in coordination with WFP and relevant teams.
• Compile daily, monthly, and quarterly CFM narrative reports and data analyses for donor requirements.
• Conduct community awareness sessions on entitlements and mobilize FDMN volunteers for effective feedback loops and crowd management.
• Ensure strict adherence to safeguarding, PSEA, gender mainstreaming, and protection standards during field operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Statistics, Anthropology, Disaster Management, Economics, or related fields from a UGC-approved university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Food Assistance (GFA), CFM, data analysis/collection, or humanitarian/FDMN contexts.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Kobo Toolbox, and basic software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills in English, Bengali, and Chittagong Dialect.

• Monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 69,228.
