Manager, Quality Assurance

Bimco Animal Health Ltd., a leading importer and manufacturer in the poultry and animal health sector, is hiring a Manager, Quality Assurance to direct the complete quality system at its factory in Puthia, Rajshahi. 

• Lead and discharge full operational responsibilities for managing the overall Quality Assurance System.
• Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate all department personnel to ensure maximum operational efficiency at minimum cost.
• Execute and oversee chemical and instrumental analytical testing alongside validating test methods.
• Ensure thorough stability testing for all manufactured finished products.
• Maintain compliance with international quality standards including GLP, GMP, SQC, and ISO guidelines.

• ducational qualification: Master of Science (MSc) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
• Experience: At least 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the poultry, animal/plant breeding, or related sectors.
• Key competencies: Deep technical understanding of GLP, GMP, SQC, and ISO compliance.
