Junior Designer

Job General Description:
Mazen (BD) Industries Ltd. is hiring a Junior Designer to create product designs, develop artwork and color combinations, prepare design files, and support the production team with creative design solutions for manufacturing operations.

• Create product designs, artwork, and color combinations using CorelDRAW.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and finalize product designs.
• Modify existing designs based on customer requirements.
• Prepare color layouts and hand design concepts.
• Maintain accurate and creative product designs according to quality standards.
• Develop color designs for customer orders and special orders.
• Maintain design files and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support the production team with updated design files and revisions.
• Perform other design-related duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor's/Honors, or Master's degree.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Manufacturing (FMCG), Design/Printing/Publishing, Advertising Agency, Handicraft, or Film Production.
• Age: 23–33 years.
• Skills in CorelDRAW, printing, drawing, and color design.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and 3D Studio Max will be an advantage.
