Dreamer Properties Ltd. is looking for an Architectural and Interior Designer to develop architectural and interior design solutions, create 3D visualizations, coordinate project implementation, and ensure quality design execution for real estate projects.
✅ Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, master plans, and construction drawings.
- Design residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
- Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK, Cantonment Board, and other regulations.
- Develop functional interior design concepts, space planning, and material specifications.
- Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.
- Create 3D models, realistic renderings, and presentation materials.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
- Resolve site-related design issues and ensure design quality.
- Research modern architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and cost-effective solutions.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Developer, Real Estate, or Real Estate Startup organizations.
- Age: 20 to 40 years.
Strong skills in architectural design, interior design, and 3D visualization.
