Fashion Designer (Women's Category)

VITTORIO LUSSO LIMITED is urgently hiring an experienced and creative Fashion Designer for its growing female clothing brand, Kashmira. The role involves designing commercially viable women's apparel collections aligned with the brand's identity and market trends while overseeing the product development process from concept to final sample approval. 

• Design commercially viable women's apparel collections that match Kashmira's brand identity.
• Research fashion trends and develop seasonal concepts, sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets.
• Select suitable fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, trims, and accessories for each collection.
• Prepare fabric consumption charts and support material planning and product costing.
• Coordinate with pattern makers, sample, sourcing, and production teams to ensure precise product development.
• Supervise sample development, fittings, corrections, and final sample approvals.
• Ensure all designs are production-friendly, cost-effective, and meet established quality standards.
• Prepare technical artwork and production guidelines for prints, embroidery, and garment construction.
• Maintain detailed design records, seasonal collections, and product documentation.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Students from BGMEA University of Fashion Technology (BUFT), Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology, or NIFT will receive preference.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in women's apparel or fashion design.
• Prior experience in the Boutique/Fashion, Buying House, or Garments sector is required.
• Only female candidates are allowed to apply.
• Age must be between 25 to 35 years.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, pattern making, and fabric consumption.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and MS Office.
• Strong creativity, trend forecasting, commercial design sense, and ability to work under pressure.
