Vigilance Officer

Rangpur Community Medical College & Hospital, established in 2005, is one of the largest and world-class health institutions in Bangladesh. The hospital is currently seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented, and professional Vigilance Officer to join its administrative security team. The individual will oversee internal employee performance monitoring, lead investigations into misconduct or compliance breaches, conduct surprise spot inspections, and manage internal staff service documentation.

• Monitor the entry and exit points of all hospital personnel and provide routine reports to management.
• Maintain and update all necessary documentation in employee service files.
• Keep an organized, official archive tracking records of staff awards and disciplinary punishments.
• Monitor day-to-day employee performance levels and manage administrative security operations.
• Conduct random surprise inspections across departments to maintain a watchful eye on facility adherence.
• Spearhead formal internal investigations regarding credible allegations of worker misconduct or corruption.
• Collect evidence and format analytical investigative reports to present to designated disciplinary authorities.
• Execute any other administrative or operational task assigned by immediate supervisors or top management.

• Must hold a Master's degree in any discipline.
• Training or relevant trade courses are considered beneficial.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience is required.
• Prior operational background within Diagnostic Centers, a Group of Companies, Hospitals, or Medical Colleges is mandatory.
• Age must be between 25 to 35 years old.
